The site was inundated by overland flow and creek/waterway flooding. NAXOS Engineers prepared a Hydraulic Report to determine the defined floor levels as required by Brisbane City Council City Plan. A TUFLOW two-dimensional model was prepared to ensure appropriate flood immunity to the proposed dwelling.
