The existing Tennis Centre was affected by overland flow and creek/waterway flooding. The proposed works involved an extension to existing billiards pavilion and club house with associated extension to the existing car park area. TUFLOW two-dimensional model was developed to simulate the effects of overland flow flooding in its current state, post development and post construction state.
